Colour Consultation

All NEW CLIENTS are required to book a colour consultation before booking an appointment.


A consultation is essential for achieving a successful hair transformation, as it identifies the optimal shade and treatment tailored to your individual needs. This comprehensive process includes assessing your scalp condition, reviewing your hair history, and performing a skin test to guarantee you are not allergic to our products before any colouring service is undertaken.

Whether you have always been curly or embracing your curls for the first time, our Curl Experts are on hand to advise you, and give you the best curls of your life! 

At The Studios, we know that your curls are unique to you, which is why we have created our very own Curly Hub.

Our Curl Experts love and adore curls like yours. 


Straighteners, Tongs, and excessive heat are off the menu for this bespoke Curl service.

TREATMENTS

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY


Please provide us with a minimum of 48-hour notice.

We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment with us on time.

 

We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however, the following policies do apply:

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible beforehand, but at least 48 hours before your appointment. 

If the cancellation is less than 48 hours’ notice up to a 50% charge may apply.

Late Arrival 

Arrival more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may mean we cannot spend the time we need to give you the best service. We will do our utmost to accommodate you, but please be aware we may not be able to do your hair.

No-Show

In the event of a no-show, our system will automatically add a red flag to the client's profile,

This may result in restrictions to future bookings, deposits, or pre-payments for all future bookings.
